Orcas Radio - KIXP FM is a volunteer-powered community FM radio station. The station operates with no paid staff. We rely on the talents and energies of volunteers for all of our on-air, on-line streaming, and off-air activities. As a community radio station we work to train community members in the art of broadcasting
